Apple cartomizer IQOS in Panama City: the price shortlist
Apple in Panama City: 17 units tested over 2 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
How to tell a good cartomizer from a repack
Apple cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 17 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Most people searching IQOS in Panama are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long apple tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a apple cartomizer really costs in Panama City
Apple prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.3.08 per 10 ml.
How we tested apple in a cartomizer
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every apple bottle shipped into Panama.
- Stock depth: 17 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where apple goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised B/.59 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.3.08 per 10 ml.
- Mixing apple with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for apple in Panama must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.3.08 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.59 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Can I order IQOS online in Panama?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–9 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does apple taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the apple blend itself harsh.
