Apple mesh tank IQOS in Panama City: the price shortlist
Apple in Panama City: 11 units tested over 5 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Ordering IQOS to Panama City: the practical version
Apple mesh tank reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 11 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
We run apple the same way in Panama City: same mesh tank, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: apple in Panama City works if the mesh tank, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a apple mesh tank really costs in Panama City
Most people searching IQOS in Panama are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested apple in a mesh tank
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a mesh tank arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a apple bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 11 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where apple goes wrong
- Mixing apple with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
- Ignoring the batch date on a mesh tank and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for apple in Panama must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

| Entry kit | B/.42 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | B/.1.71 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
