Apple mesh tank IQOS in Panama City: the review shortlist
Apple in Panama City: 7 units tested over 3 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Ordering IQOS to Panama City: the practical version
The honest read on apple: 7 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
We run apple the same way in Panama City: same mesh tank, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: apple in Panama City works if the mesh tank, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a apple mesh tank really costs in Panama City
Apple sounds like one product. It is not: a mesh tank running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested apple in a mesh tank
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for mesh tank in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
Where apple goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a mesh tank that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Treating the advertised B/.61 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.3.31 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a mesh tank and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for apple in Panama must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Apple | Decides coil choice more than strength does |
| Format | mesh tank | Sets how much liquid you are actually buying |
| Stock checked | 7 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | varies | Legal retail limit in Panama |
| Coil life | ~4 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Panama | 4–9 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | B/.61 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | B/.3.31 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Why does apple taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the apple blend itself harsh.
How long does apple in a mesh tank last?
In Panama City we measured 3 to 7 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should apple start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a mesh tank.
