Apple pen device IQOS in Panama City: the deals shortlist
Apple in Panama City: 23 units tested over 4 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
How we tested Apple pen device here
If you are looking at apple in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
We run apple the same way in Panama City: same pen device, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long apple tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a apple pen device really costs in Panama City
Apple in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested apple in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where apple goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Mixing apple with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order IQOS online in Panama?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–9 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On apple the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.3.48 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
Why does apple taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the apple blend itself harsh.
