Apple sub-ohm kit IQOS in Panama City: the order shortlist
Apple in Panama City: 11 units tested over 4 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Coil life, liquid cost and the apple habit
Apple in a sub-ohm kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
We run apple the same way in Panama City: same sub-ohm kit, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the sub-ohm kit you buy decides how long apple tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a apple sub-ohm kit really costs in Panama City
Apple prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.2.59 per 10 ml.
How we tested apple in a sub-ohm kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a sub-ohm kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every apple bottle shipped into Panama.
- Spare parts availability for sub-ohm kit in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where apple goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest sub-ohm kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing apple with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a sub-ohm kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for apple in Panama must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
How long does apple in a sub-ohm kit last?
In Panama City we measured 4 to 11 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does apple taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the sub-ohm kit units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the apple blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to Panama?
Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
