Blackcurrant 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Panama City: the budget shortlist
Blackcurrant in Panama City: 6 units tested over 8 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
If you are looking at blackcurrant in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 30 ml shortfill you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Blackcurrant prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.2.1 per 10 ml.
The short version: blackcurrant in Panama City works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a blackcurrant 30 ml shortfill really costs in Panama City
Blackcurrant 30 ml shortfill reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 6 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested blackcurrant in a 30 ml shortfill
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Stock depth: 6 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a blackcurrant bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every blackcurrant bottle shipped into Panama.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where blackcurrant goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a 30 ml shortfill that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 30 ml shortfill and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

| Entry kit | B/.67 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | B/.2.1 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
