Blackcurrant starter kit IQOS in Panama City: the guide shortlist
Blackcurrant in Panama City: 21 units tested over 2 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Choosing a starter kit for blackcurrant
Blackcurrant prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.1.78 per 10 ml.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Panama. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The short version: blackcurrant in Panama City works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a blackcurrant starter kit really costs in Panama City
Blackcurrant prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.1.78 per 10 ml.
How we tested blackcurrant in a starter kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Stock depth: 21 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every blackcurrant bottle shipped into Panama.
Where blackcurrant goes wrong
- Treating the advertised B/.59 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.1.78 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why blackcurrant tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for blackcurrant in Panama must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
