Candy pen device IQOS in Panama City: the order shortlist
Candy in Panama City: 20 units tested over 4 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
How to tell a good pen device from a repack
Candy prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.3.15 per 10 ml.
Candy in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long candy tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested candy in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a candy bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every candy bottle shipped into Panama.
Where candy goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised B/.34 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.3.15 per 10 ml.
- Mixing candy with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
