Candy refill pack IQOS in Panama City: the best shortlist
Candy in Panama City: 19 units tested over 4 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Where buyers go wrong with candy in Panama
Candy refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 19 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Candy sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: candy in Panama City works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a candy refill pack really costs in Panama City
Candy prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.1.7 per 10 ml.
How we tested candy in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a candy bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where candy goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised B/.28 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.1.7 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Packaging for candy in Panama must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Panama?
Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does candy taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the candy blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On candy the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.1.7 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
