Candy starter kit IQOS in Panama City: the review shortlist
Candy in Panama City: 10 units tested over 8 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Delivery, returns and what 4–9 business days really means
Candy in a starter kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
We run candy the same way in Panama City: same starter kit, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long candy tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested candy in a starter kit
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a candy bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 10 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where candy goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On candy the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.2.83 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
Can I order IQOS online in Panama?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–9 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
How long does candy in a starter kit last?
In Panama City we measured 8 to 10 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
