The short version: caramel in Panama City works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel 30 ml shortfill really costs in Panama City
A caramel 30 ml shortfill from the value options in Panama costs about B/.2.45 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested caramel in a 30 ml shortfill
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into Panama.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long caramel in Panama City survives.
- Chasing a discount on a 30 ml shortfill that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
How much does a 30 ml shortfill cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.2.45 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.56 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On caramel the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.2.45 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
