Caramel 60 ml bottle IQOS in Panama City: the budget shortlist
Caramel in Panama City: 15 units tested over 6 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Coil life, liquid cost and the caramel habit
Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.1.96 per 10 ml.
Most people searching IQOS in Panama are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Below is the run we did for this search: 15 units, 60 ml bottle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a caramel 60 ml bottle really costs in Panama City
Caramel 60 ml bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 15 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested caramel in a 60 ml bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 60 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the 60 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Treating the advertised B/.60 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.1.96 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why caramel tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest 60 ml bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should caramel start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 60 ml bottle.
Do you ship tracked orders to Panama?
Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On caramel the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.1.96 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
