Caramel box mod IQOS in Panama City: the compare shortlist
Caramel in Panama City: 23 units tested over 3 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
What the label on Caramel is allowed to say
Caramel in a box mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Caramel box mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 23 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: caramel in Panama City works if the box mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel box mod really costs in Panama City
A caramel box mod from the compared options in Panama costs about B/.3.01 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested caramel in a box mod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the box mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into Panama.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long caramel in Panama City survives.
- Ignoring the batch date on a box mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing caramel with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here

Packaging for caramel in Panama must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order IQOS online in Panama?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–9 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
What nicotine strength should caramel start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a box mod.
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the box mod units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
