Caramel cartomizer IQOS in Panama City: the cheap shortlist
Caramel in Panama City: 7 units tested over 4 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Coil life, liquid cost and the caramel habit
Caramel cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 7 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Caramel in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a caramel cartomizer really costs in Panama City
We run caramel the same way in Panama City: same cartomizer, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested caramel in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why caramel tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long caramel in Panama City survives.
- Treating the advertised B/.40 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.3.59 per 10 ml.
