Caramel cartomizer IQOS in Panama City: the wholesale shortlist
Caramel in Panama City: 7 units tested over 5 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
How we tested Caramel cartomizer here
Caramel sounds like one product. It is not: a cartomizer running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
A caramel cartomizer from the bulk options in Panama costs about B/.3.25 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 7 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a caramel cartomizer really costs in Panama City
Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.3.25 per 10 ml.
How we tested caramel in a cartomizer
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into Panama.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why caramel tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised B/.45 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.3.25 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long caramel in Panama City survives.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should caramel start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On caramel the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.3.25 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
