Caramel e-liquid bundle IQOS in Panama City: the order shortlist
Caramel in Panama City: 15 units tested over 9 weeks, e-liquid bundle formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Choosing a e-liquid bundle for caramel
Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.1.91 per 10 ml.
The honest read on caramel: 15 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the e-liquid bundle you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a caramel e-liquid bundle really costs in Panama City
Caramel sounds like one product. It is not: a e-liquid bundle running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested caramel in a e-liquid bundle
- Pick the e-liquid bundle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a e-liquid bundle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a e-liquid bundle that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
- Ignoring the batch date on a e-liquid bundle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the e-liquid bundle units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
How much does a e-liquid bundle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.1.91 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.32 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On caramel the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.1.91 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
