Home / Caramel mesh tank IQOS in Panama City: the compare shortlist

How to tell a good mesh tank from a repack

We run caramel the same way in Panama City: same mesh tank, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.

There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Panama. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.

If you only read one line: the mesh tank you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

What a caramel mesh tank really costs in Panama City

Caramel sounds like one product. It is not: a mesh tank running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.

How we tested caramel in a mesh tank

1. Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
2. Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
3. Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.

• Spare parts availability for mesh tank in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
• The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
• The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
• Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.

Where caramel goes wrong

• Mixing caramel with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
• Buying the cheapest mesh tank available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
• Ignoring the batch date on a mesh tank and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
