Caramel mesh tank IQOS in Panama City: the flat shortlist
Caramel in Panama City: 14 units tested over 9 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Coil life, liquid cost and the caramel habit
A caramel mesh tank from the flat-rate options in Panama costs about B/.1.76 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Caramel in Panama City reaches the shelf in mesh tank formats, and the flat-rate ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: caramel in Panama City works if the mesh tank, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel mesh tank really costs in Panama City
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Panama. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested caramel in a mesh tank
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a mesh tank arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a mesh tank that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Mixing caramel with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest mesh tank available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for caramel in Panama must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should caramel start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a mesh tank.
How much does a mesh tank cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.1.76 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.50 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does caramel in a mesh tank last?
In Panama City we measured 9 to 14 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
