Caramel mesh tank IQOS in Panama City: the price shortlist
Caramel in Panama City: 18 units tested over 5 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Coil life, liquid cost and the caramel habit
We run caramel the same way in Panama City: same mesh tank, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Caramel mesh tank reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 18 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the mesh tank you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a caramel mesh tank really costs in Panama City
Caramel in Panama City reaches the shelf in mesh tank formats, and the value ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested caramel in a mesh tank
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Coil type inside the mesh tank, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a mesh tank that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why caramel tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

How long does caramel in a mesh tank last?
In Panama City we measured 5 to 18 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.

Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On caramel the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.1.9 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
