The short version: caramel in Panama City works if the nicotine salt bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel nicotine salt bottle really costs in Panama City
Caramel nicotine salt bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 19 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested caramel in a nicotine salt bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the nicotine salt bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 19 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest nicotine salt bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a nicotine salt bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a nicotine salt bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.2.29 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.30 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should caramel start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a nicotine salt bottle.
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the nicotine salt bottle units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
