Caramel pen device IQOS in Panama City: the price shortlist
Caramel in Panama City: 8 units tested over 4 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Where buyers go wrong with caramel in Panama
Most people searching IQOS in Panama are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.2.36 per 10 ml.
The short version: caramel in Panama City works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel pen device really costs in Panama City
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Panama. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested caramel in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into Panama.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why caramel tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised B/.36 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.36 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

| Entry kit | B/.36 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | B/.2.36 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On caramel the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.2.36 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
Can I order IQOS online in Panama?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–9 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
