Caramel pod kit IQOS in Panama City: the order shortlist
Caramel in Panama City: 13 units tested over 2 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Ordering IQOS to Panama City: the practical version
Ordering into Panama City usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
A caramel pod kit from the pre-order options in Panama costs about B/.1.92 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: caramel in Panama City works if the pod kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel pod kit really costs in Panama City
Caramel in Panama City reaches the shelf in pod kit formats, and the pre-order ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested caramel in a pod kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into Panama.
- Spare parts availability for pod kit in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised B/.50 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.1.92 per 10 ml.
- Mixing caramel with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Panama?
Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pod kit units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
How much does a pod kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.1.92 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.50 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
