Caramel RDA IQOS in Panama City: the compare shortlist
Caramel in Panama City: 10 units tested over 7 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Where buyers go wrong with caramel in Panama
Caramel in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you are looking at caramel in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Below is the run we did for this search: 10 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.

How we tested caramel in a RDA
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 10 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Treating the advertised B/.50 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.73 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should caramel start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.2.73 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.50 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does caramel in a RDA last?
In Panama City we measured 7 to 10 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
