Caramel refill pack IQOS in Panama City: the compare shortlist
Caramel in Panama City: 14 units tested over 8 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
What the label on Caramel is allowed to say
We run caramel the same way in Panama City: same refill pack, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.1.72 per 10 ml.
The short version: caramel in Panama City works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel refill pack really costs in Panama City
Caramel refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 14 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested caramel in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into Panama.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long caramel in Panama City survives.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why caramel tastes flat after two days.
