Caramel refill pack IQOS in Panama City: the online shortlist
Caramel in Panama City: 21 units tested over 6 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
What caramel costs in Panama City
A caramel refill pack from the online options in Panama costs about B/.2.05 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Caramel refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 21 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a caramel refill pack really costs in Panama City
We run caramel the same way in Panama City: same refill pack, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested caramel in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why caramel tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should caramel start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
Can I order IQOS online in Panama?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–9 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
