Caramel squonk mod IQOS in Panama City: the budget shortlist
Caramel in Panama City: 19 units tested over 6 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
How to tell a good squonk mod from a repack
Caramel in a squonk mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.

If you only read one line: the squonk mod you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a caramel squonk mod really costs in Panama City
Ordering into Panama City usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested caramel in a squonk mod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for squonk mod in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long caramel in Panama City survives.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why caramel tastes flat after two days.
