Caramel sub-ohm kit IQOS in Panama City: the deals shortlist
Caramel in Panama City: 7 units tested over 5 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Panama. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
A caramel sub-ohm kit from the discounted options in Panama costs about B/.2.29 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the sub-ohm kit you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a caramel sub-ohm kit really costs in Panama City
Caramel sub-ohm kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 7 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested caramel in a sub-ohm kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the sub-ohm kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for sub-ohm kit in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why caramel tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
