Caramel vape pen IQOS in Panama City: the order shortlist
Caramel in Panama City: 19 units tested over 5 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
The honest read on caramel: 19 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Caramel in a vape pen is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: caramel in Panama City works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel vape pen really costs in Panama City
The honest read on caramel: 19 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested caramel in a vape pen
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest vape pen available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a vape pen and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised B/.52 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.1.92 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
