Cherry cartomizer IQOS in Panama City: the review shortlist
Cherry in Panama City: 18 units tested over 2 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Coil life, liquid cost and the cherry habit
The honest read on cherry: 18 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Cherry in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: cherry in Panama City works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a cherry cartomizer really costs in Panama City
Most people searching IQOS in Panama are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested cherry in a cartomizer
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a cherry bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where cherry goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cherry tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long cherry in Panama City survives.
The rules that apply here
