Citrus 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Panama City: the price shortlist
Citrus in Panama City: 21 units tested over 2 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
How we tested Citrus 30 ml shortfill here
Citrus 30 ml shortfill reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 21 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Citrus in Panama City reaches the shelf in 30 ml shortfill formats, and the value ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the 30 ml shortfill you buy decides how long citrus tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a citrus 30 ml shortfill really costs in Panama City
Citrus prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.1.74 per 10 ml.
How we tested citrus in a 30 ml shortfill
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a citrus bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every citrus bottle shipped into Panama.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a 30 ml shortfill that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Treating the advertised B/.66 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.1.74 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long citrus in Panama City survives.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On citrus the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.1.74 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
Why does citrus taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the citrus blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to Panama?
