Citrus box mod IQOS in Panama City: the flat shortlist
Citrus in Panama City: 22 units tested over 6 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
What the label on Citrus is allowed to say
If you are looking at citrus in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the box mod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Citrus sounds like one product. It is not: a box mod running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: citrus in Panama City works if the box mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a citrus box mod really costs in Panama City
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Panama. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested citrus in a box mod
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a citrus bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a box mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Mixing citrus with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised B/.28 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.3.37 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a box mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
Packaging for citrus in Panama must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

|---|---|---|

| Stock checked | 22 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | varies | Legal retail limit in Panama |
| Coil life | ~5 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Panama | 4–9 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | B/.28 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | B/.3.37 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
How long does citrus in a box mod last?
In Panama City we measured 6 to 22 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Do you ship tracked orders to Panama?
Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does citrus taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the box mod units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the citrus blend itself harsh.
