Citrus cartomizer IQOS in Panama City: the price shortlist
Citrus in Panama City: 22 units tested over 5 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
What the label on Citrus is allowed to say
Ordering into Panama City usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The honest read on citrus: 22 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long citrus tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a citrus cartomizer really costs in Panama City
If you are looking at citrus in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested citrus in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised B/.48 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.23 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
