Citrus pen device IQOS in Panama City: the budget shortlist
Citrus in Panama City: 8 units tested over 9 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Ordering IQOS to Panama City: the practical version
We run citrus the same way in Panama City: same pen device, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you are looking at citrus in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long citrus tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a citrus pen device really costs in Panama City
Citrus pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 8 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested citrus in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long citrus in Panama City survives.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.2.87 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.56 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does citrus taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the citrus blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On citrus the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.2.87 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
