Citrus refill pack IQOS in Panama City: the compare shortlist
Citrus in Panama City: 11 units tested over 7 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Ordering IQOS to Panama City: the practical version
Citrus in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
We run citrus the same way in Panama City: same refill pack, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: citrus in Panama City works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a citrus refill pack really costs in Panama City
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Panama. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested citrus in a refill pack
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 11 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a citrus bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every citrus bottle shipped into Panama.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Mixing citrus with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long citrus in Panama City survives.
- Treating the advertised B/.48 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.3.16 per 10 ml.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should citrus start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
Do you ship tracked orders to Panama?
Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
How long does citrus in a refill pack last?
In Panama City we measured 7 to 11 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
