Citrus refill pack IQOS in Panama City: the flat shortlist
Citrus in Panama City: 9 units tested over 5 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Delivery, returns and what 4–9 business days really means
Citrus prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.2.6 per 10 ml.
Most people searching IQOS in Panama are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long citrus tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a citrus refill pack really costs in Panama City
A citrus refill pack from the flat-rate options in Panama costs about B/.2.6 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested citrus in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a citrus bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Mixing citrus with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why citrus tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for citrus in Panama must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
