The short version: citrus in Panama City works if the sub-ohm kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a citrus sub-ohm kit really costs in Panama City
We run citrus the same way in Panama City: same sub-ohm kit, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested citrus in a sub-ohm kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for sub-ohm kit in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every citrus bottle shipped into Panama.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing citrus with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long citrus in Panama City survives.

Frequently asked questions
Why does citrus taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the sub-ohm kit units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the citrus blend itself harsh.
How long does citrus in a sub-ohm kit last?
In Panama City we measured 9 to 14 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On citrus the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.3.42 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
