Coconut cartomizer IQOS in Panama City: the review shortlist
Coconut in Panama City: 8 units tested over 9 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Delivery, returns and what 4–9 business days really means
Coconut cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 8 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
We run coconut the same way in Panama City: same cartomizer, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long coconut tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested coconut in a cartomizer
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where coconut goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why coconut tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long coconut in Panama City survives.
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How long does coconut in a cartomizer last?
In Panama City we measured 9 to 8 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Can I order IQOS online in Panama?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–9 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does coconut taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the coconut blend itself harsh.
