Coconut pen device IQOS in Panama City: the review shortlist
Coconut in Panama City: 7 units tested over 7 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
What coconut costs in Panama City
Coconut pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 7 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The honest read on coconut: 7 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long coconut tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a coconut pen device really costs in Panama City
Most people searching IQOS in Panama are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested coconut in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 7 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every coconut bottle shipped into Panama.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where coconut goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised B/.50 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.36 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why coconut tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for coconut in Panama must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.

On the last run in Panama City: about B/.2.36 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.50 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On coconut the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.2.36 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should coconut start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
