Coconut refill pack IQOS in Panama City: the guide shortlist
Coconut in Panama City: 17 units tested over 5 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
What the label on Coconut is allowed to say
A coconut refill pack from the starter options in Panama costs about B/.3.52 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Coconut refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 17 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long coconut tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a coconut refill pack really costs in Panama City
We run coconut the same way in Panama City: same refill pack, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested coconut in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every coconut bottle shipped into Panama.
- Batch code and production date, so a coconut bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where coconut goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing coconut with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for coconut in Panama must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does coconut taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the coconut blend itself harsh.
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.3.52 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.66 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should coconut start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
