Coconut starter kit IQOS in Panama City: the budget shortlist
Coconut in Panama City: 9 units tested over 9 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
What the label on Coconut is allowed to say
A coconut starter kit from the budget options in Panama costs about B/.3.57 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.

If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long coconut tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a coconut starter kit really costs in Panama City
Coconut sounds like one product. It is not: a starter kit running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested coconut in a starter kit
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every coconut bottle shipped into Panama.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 9 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where coconut goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing coconut with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On coconut the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.3.57 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.3.57 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.57 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does coconut taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the coconut blend itself harsh.
