Cola box mod IQOS in Panama City: the deals shortlist
Cola in Panama City: 17 units tested over 8 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
How we tested Cola box mod here
Cola box mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 17 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Cola prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.2.74 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 17 units, box mod, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a cola box mod really costs in Panama City
Cola sounds like one product. It is not: a box mod running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested cola in a box mod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a box mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cola bottle shipped into Panama.
- Batch code and production date, so a cola bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 17 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where cola goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest box mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a box mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cola tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for cola in Panama must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should cola start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a box mod.
Why does cola taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the box mod units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the cola blend itself harsh.
Is cola legal to sell in Panama?
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
