Cream 100 ml bottle IQOS in Panama City: the compare shortlist
Cream in Panama City: 15 units tested over 8 weeks, 100 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
How we tested Cream 100 ml bottle here
Cream prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.3.41 per 10 ml.
We run cream the same way in Panama City: same 100 ml bottle, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: cream in Panama City works if the 100 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a cream 100 ml bottle really costs in Panama City
Cream in Panama City reaches the shelf in 100 ml bottle formats, and the compared ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested cream in a 100 ml bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the 100 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a cream bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where cream goes wrong
- Treating the advertised B/.40 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.3.41 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 100 ml bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Buying the cheapest 100 ml bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Is cream legal to sell in Panama?
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
What nicotine strength should cream start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 100 ml bottle.
How long does cream in a 100 ml bottle last?
In Panama City we measured 8 to 15 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
