Cream 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Panama City: the flat shortlist
Cream in Panama City: 22 units tested over 6 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Where buyers go wrong with cream in Panama
If you are looking at cream in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 30 ml shortfill you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Ordering into Panama City usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Below is the run we did for this search: 22 units, 30 ml shortfill, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a cream 30 ml shortfill really costs in Panama City
Cream 30 ml shortfill reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 22 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested cream in a 30 ml shortfill
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Spare parts availability for 30 ml shortfill in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cream bottle shipped into Panama.
Where cream goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 30 ml shortfill and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Panama?
Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
What nicotine strength should cream start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 30 ml shortfill.
Why does cream taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the cream blend itself harsh.
