What the label on Cream is allowed to say
Cream in Panama City reaches the shelf in 30 ml shortfill formats, and the starter ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
A cream 30 ml shortfill from the starter options in Panama costs about B/.3.0 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: cream in Panama City works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.

How we tested cream in a 30 ml shortfill
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a cream bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
Where cream goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long cream in Panama City survives.
- Mixing cream with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On cream the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.3.0 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
Why does cream taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the cream blend itself harsh.
Is cream legal to sell in Panama?
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
