Cream 60 ml bottle IQOS in Panama City: the budget shortlist
Cream in Panama City: 19 units tested over 6 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
How to tell a good 60 ml bottle from a repack
We run cream the same way in Panama City: same 60 ml bottle, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Cream prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.3.55 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the 60 ml bottle you buy decides how long cream tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cream 60 ml bottle really costs in Panama City
Ordering into Panama City usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested cream in a 60 ml bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 60 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a cream bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where cream goes wrong
- Treating the advertised B/.58 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.3.55 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 60 ml bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
