Cream box mod IQOS in Panama City: the deals shortlist
Cream in Panama City: 14 units tested over 9 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Delivery, returns and what 4–9 business days really means
Cream in Panama City reaches the shelf in box mod formats, and the discounted ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Cream prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.2.69 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 14 units, box mod, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a cream box mod really costs in Panama City
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Panama. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested cream in a box mod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 14 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for box mod in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
Where cream goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing cream with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a box mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
Packaging for cream in Panama must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Do you ship tracked orders to Panama?
Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does cream taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the box mod units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the cream blend itself harsh.
How much does a box mod cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.2.69 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.55 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
