Cream cartomizer IQOS in Panama City: the compare shortlist
Cream in Panama City: 11 units tested over 8 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Delivery, returns and what 4–9 business days really means
Cream in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Panama. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The short version: cream in Panama City works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a cream cartomizer really costs in Panama City
We run cream the same way in Panama City: same cartomizer, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested cream in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cream bottle shipped into Panama.
- Stock depth: 11 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where cream goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised B/.47 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.03 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|

| Nicotine ceiling | varies | Legal retail limit in Panama |
| Coil life | ~6 days | The hidden monthly cost |

| Entry kit | B/.47 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | B/.2.03 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should cream start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
Can I order IQOS online in Panama?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–9 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does cream taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the cream blend itself harsh.
