Cream nicotine salt bottle IQOS in Panama City: the best shortlist
Cream in Panama City: 18 units tested over 6 weeks, nicotine salt bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Coil life, liquid cost and the cream habit
Cream nicotine salt bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 18 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
We run cream the same way in Panama City: same nicotine salt bottle, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the nicotine salt bottle you buy decides how long cream tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cream nicotine salt bottle really costs in Panama City
Cream prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.2.79 per 10 ml.
How we tested cream in a nicotine salt bottle
- Pick the nicotine salt bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a cream bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a nicotine salt bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
Where cream goes wrong
- Mixing cream with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest nicotine salt bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
