Cream in Panama City: 23 units tested over 2 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
What the label on Cream is allowed to say
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Panama. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you are looking at cream in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: cream in Panama City works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a cream pen device really costs in Panama City
If you are looking at cream in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested cream in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cream bottle shipped into Panama.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
Where cream goes wrong
- Mixing cream with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised B/.66 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.51 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
