Cream prefilled pod IQOS in Panama City: the compare shortlist
Cream in Panama City: 13 units tested over 3 weeks, prefilled pod formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Coil life, liquid cost and the cream habit
Ordering into Panama City usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Cream prefilled pod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 13 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the prefilled pod you buy decides how long cream tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cream prefilled pod really costs in Panama City
We run cream the same way in Panama City: same prefilled pod, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested cream in a prefilled pod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the prefilled pod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Coil type inside the prefilled pod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a prefilled pod arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where cream goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a prefilled pod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a prefilled pod that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
How long does cream in a prefilled pod last?
In Panama City we measured 3 to 13 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Can I order IQOS online in Panama?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–9 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On cream the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.2.12 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
